Ja Rule just bail of 28 months in prison for tax evasion ... and the worst part is that it is already behind bars because he is serving a sentence of two years for illegal possession of firearm. The former singer was convicted in March for not having filed an income and pay no taxes on income of more than three million bucks, from 2004 to 2006!
